Is anyone else on this site buying a property at Turquoise or are we the only ones?

Hi Ronan, I couldn't seem to reply to your reply so will post it on here. I have heard of no negative feedback at all about Turquoise. I do feel we may have paid a bit over the odds for our apartment and we were given the impression it would be a very exclusive resort. It can't be very exclusive now that it is sharing its facilities with 5 other developments! I also worry about the infrastructure supporting such a huge building programme - buses etc into and out of Bodrum. I can just imagine huge queues for the beach, buses, other faciilities. Have seen several holidays programmes recently though that all say Bodrum is the place to invest so remain optimistic.

hay kim and bob sorry for taking so long to get back to you. i think everydody who bought on a resort in tuzla is in the same boat when it comes to these potential infrastructure hicups. The good news is that as a group, as in all owners of each resort, we can have our own voice through this website and become an entity and help each other to tackle these problems. you should register with the FCC owners group website they are looking for owners from all resorts to join.as for the location i think once the resorts and golf coarse is established and running smoothly the rewards will surely be there.

Morning !

Ive been a bit slow to pick up on the forums but we are looking forward to moving in to our 2 bed apartment !

I had a quick look at the FCC forum - seems to be a bit of a negative vibe in there about developments...i'm really optimistic based on my purchasing experience so far with dreamhomes and artev and looking forward to sharing information as we approach completion.

All the best

Hi,
I am buying a 2 bed apt on Turquoise (Garnet E).
I agree with Kim and Bob that we may have paid over the odds, but hope that Artev deliver what is expected and make it a 5 star resort. Then we will all enjoy ownership.
I look forward to meeting you all and making new friends.
Ted.

Hi,

I've just returned from a week at Turqoise (snagging finally complete) and - although dealing with Artev still has it's up and downs, the development itself looks really good. Facilities (shuttle to Bodrum, on-site taxi office, shop, restaurant etc.) have started up on a small scale but I'm sure that will pick up once the holidays begins. Management company is also working hard at renting the apartments. Apparently the take up is good.

Now, if I could just persuade Artev to do their bid, all would be just fine.

Michaela.
