 Everyone is entitled to there own opinion, but Iam afraid my
experience in purchasing at the Turquoise Development has been very
unpleasant. I recently visited the site and found that the sales
pitch I was given was a complete fabrication. I was given the impression my apartment would have direct/level access to the communal swimming pool, adjacent to my front garden. What I found was that my apartment door opens out to be greeted by a huge retaining support wall about 30ft high. The swimming pool is on the level above. I was obviously very disappointed and raised my concerns with Artev, who in turn acknowledged that they were aware that their sales rep had providedsome clients with false information! Despite their admission, they have failed to offer me an acceptable alternative, and insist on applying the full penalty if I decide to pull out. What a stitch up.

 If you are unhappy at the way you have been treated simply complain to the AIPP - Artev are a member and as such should be adhering to the terms & conditions of that membership with regard to the way that they treat their customers.
